Rae Guyer
Strategist
Rae comes to Philosophy Communication with over 25 years of account management and strategic experience.
Her most recent role was Publisher / Managing Director for Edible Seattle Magazine. It included business operations, editorial management, chief editor, advertising sales, art direction and contractor management for the quarterly print/online magazine focusing on seasonal and local food, drink, artisanal products and sustainable practices. She did daily administration and management with contributing writers, photographers, recipe developers, graphic designers and advertising clientele.
Rae holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Humanities and Philosophy from Fort Lewis College.
She has been active giving back to the community with The Santa Barbara Music Academy, Santa Barbara Education Foundation, the Cold Spring School and the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission.
