She is a respected coach and mentor who inspires and motivates teams to top performance while winning cooperation at all levels. Jill’s personal philosophy centers around finding the optimal role she can play in helping others find solutions. Before joining Philosophy, Jill created and implemented improvement programs, reducing costs, improving productivity, and aligning personnel to positively impact the bottom line for companies within the retail industry (Williams-Sonoma, Le Creuset, Cotopaxi). As just one example of her ability to rise to a challenge, Jill took an already thriving $4M store (William Sonoma) and boosted its sales by a whopping 35%.
Jill is a Midwestern gal by birth but a Coloradan by choice. She can often be found with her nose in an interesting book (murder mysteries are her favorite) or spending time at her condo in Breckenridge with her husband Scott and Shiba Inu, Louie. She’s happiest when spending time with family and friends, but you can also find her enjoying creative cuisine, rescue dogs, volunteering, and the arts. Whatever she’s doing, Jill keeps everyone around her insanely organized and wholly and deliciously fed with her wit and creativity in the kitchen.
