Mike founded and served as president for several successful businesses. While his expertise lies in sales growth, Mike has extensive experience in business valuation and mergers and acquisitions. He is an investor in real estate ventures, private equity funds and small business start-ups.

Having built a successful consulting practice, Mike engages as an outsourced business strategist and chief revenue officer within wholesale, manufacturing, fitness and other industries.

Mike is passionate about higher education and was Chair of the University of Denver Daniels College of Business Executive Advisory Board. He remains active with the Daniels College of Business. Mike endowed a scholarship fund at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies and is an active supporter of the DU Ski Team.

Mike is a Trustee for the CWSP at Arrupe Jesuit High School, an Ambassador for Project C.U.R.E. and an advisor for the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network.

Mike is a proud father of two lovely daughters. He is also a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association, which makes him always prepared.

Mike holds a BSBA from the University of Denver and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
