Conscientious. Caring. Committed. Proactive. Organized. Resourceful.

Those few words sum up Annie Humphrey in a nutshell. She is our linchpin — the glue that holds the office together — and we love her for that! From daily operations, to overseeing agency financials, to administering our employee benefits, to managing the employee leadership program, to overseeing human resources, Annie does it all so that the rest of the team can focus on taking care of clients.

Her areas of expertise in project management and small business operations make her invaluable to the firm (not to mention she always makes sure the office’s Sub-Zero fridge is stocked with snacks). As an excellent manager of time and tasks, Annie says the best part of her job is “creating order out of chaos.”

Before joining Philosophy, Annie served as an advertising account supervisor at PRACO (now Vladamir Jones in Denver) and account supervisor at Kaiser Marketing (formally Kaiser McEuen Inc.). In these roles, she perfected her skills in leading that firm’s largest tourism-focused accounts, including the Colorado Tourism Board, Princess Cruises and Australian Tourist Commission.

When she’s not monitoring our office deadlines or leading accounts, Annie enjoys playing tennis, reading, skiing, hiking, and running. Not only is she the glue at the office, she is a stellar mom and wife at home, managing her two kids Lachlan and Kate, husband Kevin and yellow Labrador Kelsie.

Annie holds a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
